CUSTOMISED FIELDS
There are different types of field that can be applied for a number of requirements:

FORM IDENTIFICATION
Each form has a unique identity that denotes:
  • Name
  • Description
  • An Icon that represents it
 
AUTHORISED PERSONS
Two types of agents are assigned when creating/editing each form:
  • Users: those people who can view the forms received
  • Devices: those employees that can access the form on their phone to fill it in
RECEIVING GENERATED DATA
When creating/editing the form, you can customise various export options, such as:
  • Send by e-mail
  • Send by SFTP
  • Send by HTTP (JSON)

 

Taking photos and digital signature

If required, you can include fields for your employees to send photos as part of the form and add a digital signature on it, provided the phone has a touch-screen.

 

FORM SUBMISSION

Once designed, forms are allocated to employees who then receive them on their smartphones. Once filled in, they send them in and the collected data is received on the web tool.

SHORTCUTS IN MOBILE APP

When they open the app, your employees will have direct access to the forms you have allocated to them and will be able to send them back once completed.

FORM SUBMISSION

Once they have filled in the data, they send them back to the system and arrive in real time.

PHOTO CAPTURE

Provided that the form layout is configured for this function, the employee can take photos and send them to the system along with the rest of the data.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Provided that the form layout is configured for this function, the employee sign or ask for a client’s signature, and send it to the system along with the rest of the data.

GPS SHIPMENT TRACKING

Provided that the form layout is configured for this function, the employee can add the location from where he/she sent in the form, which will then be shown on the web map.

The app that works without an Internet connection

Your employees can create forms even without an Internet connection. The data is saved until they re-connect and is then automatically sent to the system.

DATA COLLECTION IN THE FIELD

Once employees have sent in the completed forms via their smartphone, you can access the web tool and display all the data collected.

LIST OF FORMS RECEIVED

On the home page, a list of the latest forms received is displayed. You can click on each one to see details of the data generated.

DOWNLOAD PDF FORMS

If you wish, you can download each form in PDF format with a single click.

FORM SEARCHING FILTERS
As well as the list in chronological order on the home page, you can search for forms by filtering for different criteria:
  • Allocated employees 
  • Allocated users
  • Form Name
  • Submission date
GEOGRAPHICAL ASSESSMENT OF SUBMISSIONS

If you have configured this option, you will be able to see the exact location from where the forms are submitted on the site map.

 

Third-party API integration

Bixpe offers a Mobile Forms API to all its clients that can be integrated with their systems when required to display the data generated by their system.
